House Rules

House Rules – RepHouse Mobile Wellness & Gym
Welcome to RepHouse Mobile Wellness & Gym. To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all clients, please read and follow these rules while using our facilities and equipment.


1. Personal Responsibility

  • Clients use all gym and wellness equipment at their own risk.

  • There is no trainer supervision; you are responsible for your own safety.

  • You must be in good physical health to use the gym or wellness amenities.

2. Equipment Use

  • Only use equipment you are familiar with and feel safe operating.

  • Do not attempt to repair, modify, or move any equipment. Report damage immediately.

  • Equipment includes: treadmills, StairMaster, Smith machine, free weights, sauna, cold plunge tub, and red-light therapy bed. Follow all posted instructions.

 

3. Safety Guidelines

  • Warm up before using machines or weights.

  • Maintain a clear area around equipment to prevent accidents.

  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

  • Children under 18 are not permitted.

 

4. Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Wipe down equipment after each use with provided disinfectant.

  • Use a towel on benches and machines where applicable.

  • Dispose of trash properly.

  • Proper workout attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required.

 

5. Wellness Amenities

  • Sauna, cold plunge tub, and red-light therapy bed are used at your own risk.

  • Follow posted safety instructions for duration, temperature, and usage.

  • Do not enter wellness equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

6. Conduct & Respect

  • Treat the facility, equipment, and other clients with respect.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Keep noise at a reasonable level; use headphones for music.

 

7. Personal Belongings

  • Store personal items in designated areas.

  • RepHouse Mobile Wellness & Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

8. Compliance & Enforcement

  • Failure to follow these House Rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

  • Staff reserves the right to deny entry or revoke access to any client at any time for safety or conduct reasons.
